AND WE ALL NEED YOU TO BE THE BEST YOU!
Please reach us at drvbones@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I am ALL about YOU. This is about bettering YOU, your experiences ,and contributions in the veterinary community.
I am a veterinarian, and I want to maintain high standards in my field. I want to know about you where you came from, what your goals are and what your strengths are.
I have worked with students in every aspect. Prepping them for vet school, helping get through vet school, NAVLE assistance and more! I was a professor at a vet school, I was on the admissions and interview boards, I have reviewed hundreds of applications. I helped make the decision TO ADMIT applicants.
I can tell you that a lot of your applications SOUND ALIKE!!!!!
*******************
So, how are YOU going to stand out? That is where I step in!
Don’t worry just yet! I have helped NUMEROUS students (including newly graduated veterinarians) pass the NAVLE after failing this exam 1,2,3 and 4 times prior to seeing me! Feeling like your school has abandoned you? I will help you!
Don’t give up without my help! I bring what many others do not:
I’ve filled out vet school applications myself!
I have taught vet students IN vet school.
I have reviewed hundreds of vet school applications WHILE ON THE ADMISSION AND INTERVIEW COMMITTEES for Vet school!
I have conducted hundreds of vet school interviews.
I have been responsible for accepting or denying applicants!
I know what they are looking for, and I know what the applications typically look like.
You WANT to stand out! I help you do that!
Absolutely! No one process or person or school is alike. With that said, take that information you get with a grain of salt. Do the people giving you advice have firsthand experience? Don’t assume they do! How many essays/applications have they actually written and for what purposes? Have they also been responsible for having to grade or review these essays as part of the admissions process? It is a totally different ballpark when you’re on the other side of the fence. All DVM’s have had to fill out applications and write essays however, NOT ALL of us have been on the other side, reviewing those applications for veterinary school admission. I have. Which is why my time is worth utilizing.
There are SO many things I can help you with even if you are not a student yet! I’ve gone to vet school, and in fact, I’ve tortured myself another three years after that, going through a rigorous pathology residency. I know how difficult vet school can be. I have made all the charts, diagrams, feedback loops. I’ve collected enough books throughout my years to last a month’s worth of bonfires!
This makes me an even better asset to you!!!!
I TEACH vet students, and have for the last 15 years. I am an EXPERT (Post DVM formal training) in my field, teaching MY specialty! Not too many professors can say that. Surprised?!
What is great about Pathology is that it happens in EVERY single living being, which is GREAT for you! I have to know everything! Snakes, clams, sea urchins, whales, birds, ruminants……… EVERYTHING!!!!!! Histology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, infectious diseases, public health, one health, microbiology, clinical pathology, Large animal, small animal, wildlife, avian, exotics, fish, marine…….. (and we are talking about stuff that is BEYOND what they teach you in vet school).
You DO NOT need to know everything!
Study tips, externships, board exam prep, tutoring and so much more. I even babysat my vet student’s baby so she could get her veterinary skills on. (That was probably a 1 time gig…. Ha ha)
If you have questions about the services available to you, feel free to send us a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
